Working in a busy and pressured environment such as the veterinary workplace can make communication between colleagues challenging at times . The communication stream on Friday 11 October will provide the skills needed to foster a happy team . Join us in this safe space to chat with our panel about specific communication scenarios you have encountered in practice .
Student stream
The dedicated student stream on Sunday 13 October has been developed in response to feedback from our student members . The stream includes laboratory skills , emergency and critical care for the student veterinary nurse , theatre practice , nurse consultations and much more . Students are also welcome to join any of our other streams and workshops across the whole event .

A new practical zone will be running in the exhibition hall , offering hands-on skills teaching , free of charge . No need to book – simply head to the BVNA Veterinary Hospital zone during exhibition opening hours .
