The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather registered veterinary nurses ' opinions about anaesthesia in rabbits , for a BSc final year project at the Royal Veterinary College . The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete , and all data will be confidential and anonymous . You may choose to provide an email address to be entered into a prize draw for a £ 25 funkynurse . com gift card . Your participation is voluntary but , as data is anonymised , participation will not be able to be withdrawn . Email addresses can be withdrawn at any time and these will not be stored beyond the end of the project .
